Defiant Development has provided several pieces of official documentation for Hand of Fate 2 modding.

HoF Modding Documentation
A Google Docs document providing tutorials on how to install and load the SDK Unity, how to create Encounters, Equipment, and Challenges, and how to publish mods.
Modding Card Art
A Google Docs document describing how to create custom card art in Photoshop.
HoF2 - Card Art (Modding)
A Google Drive folder containing videos of how to use the old in-game mod activation interface, the Modding Card Art document, and some template images with HoF2 card borders.
